   complete right and to avoid incautious application or unnecessary applying expenses.

■ Purpose
   To grasp whether there is possibility to take out a patent for a completed invention and what
   right range will be proper enough to be approved(including correction for application range).

■ Effect
    - To utilize it as a ground to judge invention's freshness and progressiveness in comparison
     with a prior search investigating whether there is or not and simultaneously to contribute to
     efficient management avoiding same invention's applying and saving money

    - To be able to complete the substantial specification through analyzing freshness,
     progressiveness and effectiveness in comparison with a prior search and to utilize it
     as basic information in order to avoid the possibility to be rejected in examine procedure and
     acquire powerful right

■ Lead Time
   ① Forward the research result reports(including list and original text) within 7 days
       after receiving request for research.
   ② In case that clients ask supplementary data, it shall forwarded a new reports
       within another 7 days.
   ③ In case of science technology text or thesis for doctor's or master's degree,
       it shall forwarded within 2 or 3 weeks and demand fee separately
       (actual cost x 1.3 + VAT).
